Bill Schall has spent his entire career inside Long Island residential real estate. He earned his Certified Residential Appraiser credential in New York State and has worked across every aspect of the residential transaction — appraisals, brokerage, financial services, and consulting. Prior roles include eXp Realty, Revolution Financial Management, and Carrington Real Estate Services. He currently holds an Associate Broker license at Real Broker NY, LLC and represents David Allen Capital as an Independent Agency partner.
